These choices are another reflection of your book's personality" and how
to meet the needs and expectations of its target audience.
Types of binding
We offer multiple binding types and book sizes. Each type of binding
has minimum and maximum page limitations. We suggest you first decide
the type of binding you wish to offer, and then choose from the book
sizes available for that binding.

Paper color & weight
Book contents are printed in black and white.
Book covers are printed in full color.
Wire-O books are printed on 50lb opaque white paper.
Wire-O book covers are printed on 10 pt glossy cover stock.
Saddle-stitch books are printed on 50lb opaque white paper.
Saddle-stitch covers are printed on 100lb glossy book weight stock.
Perfect-bound books are printed on 50lb opaque cream paper.
Perfect-bound covers are printed on 10pt stock and are laminated.

Uploadable file formats
At this time, your book's text must be submitted in PDF format in
exactly how you want it printed. Choosing the correct page size and
margins are thus very important.
For example, the PDF for a 5"x 8" book must be formatted to 5"x8"
in size and cannot be submitted as an 8.5"x11" document with 5"x8"
content. Please review the Create PDF File section to learn
how to create custom-sized PDF files.
Book covers must be submitted in image format. We accept most popular
image formats (JPG and PNG are recommended), with a minimum resolution
of 150 DPI. Find more information about book cover images in the Design Book Covers section.

Pricing
Pricing includes book production, order management, fulfillment,
and customer service. You choose the retail price and earn the difference
between the retail price and your book's base price. Base prices are
the same for all book sizes and are determined by the number of pages
in your book plus the type of binding you wish to offer.
